How do online classes work?

Simply book yourself into my online booking system via the 'Book Classes' page. You’ll receive an email with a Zoom link after booking. Click this to open the class. If you have a Free or Premium account, you'll also be able to find this link in the 'My Bookings' section of your account. Please arrive at least five minutes before the lesson is due to begin.

Can children attend lessons?

I don’t currently offer classes for children – my classes are intended for people aged 16 years and over.

What do I need for a yoga class?

A yoga mat and some comfy clothes! Blocks, bricks, a yoga strap and a bolster are also excellent to have to hand to support your practice.

What can I do if I have an injury or medical condition?

Please check with your doctor before attending a yoga class, and let me know before class begins if there’s anything I need to be aware of.

Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?

My classes are not taught with pregnancy in mind. I’d also recommend that you do not practice during your first trimester and always consult your doctor before attending a class.

What can I expect from a yoga class?

We’ll typically start with some gentle stretches, gradually warming the body up as we bring our focus to our breath. We’ll then start to build up some more heat with a series of poses that help to warm up the body. Once we've warmed up, we’ll move on to strength-building exercises, such as standing postures, balances and exercises on the mat. To finish class, we’ll rest in savasana, letting our practice settle into our bodies and enjoying a few more moments of peace!
